Handpainted Needlepoint Birds

30" X 40" Hand painted Needlepoint Canvas of the crowned Jewels (Yes it's slightly different than the original, for stitching ease and pattern definition.) This actually took longer to paint than the original. This image is painted in Acrylic, and the holes are kept clean with a airbrush used constantly to blow out the holes. I actually have a great deal of fun painting this, and I am now painting another on Black Zweigart 18 count Mono canvas. This Rug Panel is painted on 13 Count Zweigart white canvas. You will be surprised at the difference in the colors, and the look of the panel when painted on Black.
