Daschund Eagerly Awaiting

I love the way dogs quietly wait anticipating your every mood, thought, and action. Our dogs set the time by the sound of my husbands truck coming over the hill, and the sound of his step in the front. They dash about madly, whining, and happy because he is home for the day, and they are ready for his every thought, his every step. I tried to convey that longing anticipation, so earnest and steadfast, in this little longhaired daschund.
